Canadian Lentils invited Food Bloggers of Canada (FBC) to join them on their Farm to Table tour with Chef Michael Smith in Saskatchewan, to learn about lentils and where they come from. Their trip began in Moose Jaw with a tour at Simpson Seeds, who have been growing and consuming pulses since the late 70’s. Here they were able to taste test some recipes and learn about their processes for producing lentils.
