Between September 2nd and 11th the Royal Agricultural Show will be occurring in Adelaide, Australia. The Australian National Committee have enlisted the support of a very well known & popular local Cook, Rosa Matto. She will be doing cooking demonstrations each of the 9 days of the show and one segment daily is just for pulses. Simon Bryant will be there on the first day as IYP Advocate to extoll the many virtues of pulses.
