IYP Regional Dialogue (IYP-RD) for Europe

The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) in collaboration with “La Sapienza University of Rome”, is organizing the International Year of Pulses Regional Dialogue for Europe and Central Asia. The Regional Dialogue will take place in Rome, Italy on 12 and 13 October 2016, under the title: “Nutritious seeds for a sustainable future”. The aim of the Dialogue is to enhance local and regional discussions on the important role that pulses play in sustainable food production and healthy diets and their contribution to food security and nutrition.

Interested participants can register online at: http://www.fao.org/pulses-2016/events/regional-dialogue-europe-central-asia/en/ or by sending an email to: IYP-2016-Dialogues@fao.org indicating Name, Surname, Country, Organization and interest in the IYP RD. Due to the available space, participation is limited to 60 people. In order to ensure a mix of diverse profiles and representatives, participants will be selected through a screening process of all applications received, with consideration to geographic location, gender, professional profile and institutional affiliation.
