Germinating Pulses and sharing a warm lentil stew

While studying and discussing the importance of pulses regarding human nutrition and our planet's sustainability, students will make germinators, analyse the growing process and the photosynthesis process plants go through. The event will end by making a warm lentil stew to be shared during the beginning of the southern winter, the 21st of June.
